Our day and night tours will give you a fantastic orientation of inner Pest and fabulous views of the stunning Buda Castle District.

We will glide from our office in the city center to sites including St. Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian State Opera House and the Grand Boulevard of Andrassy framed by its tree-lined avenues. Next we'll cruise through Vörösmarty Square and the Vaci Walking District. Finally, we make a visit to Vigado and Danube Promenades, the Chain Bridge, Roosevelt Square and more!

Summary:

Tour does not include hotel pick up. Rates are per person in US dollars. Reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-317-1291. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Damage Deposit Required

Insurance requires a 400 Euros damage deposit per party on the day of the reservation. Please bring a MasterCard or Visa (cash is also accepted for damage deposits, but no credit cards other than MasterCard and Visa) with you for this deposit. It will be returned to you immediately upon completion of a damage-free tour. Please note that there may be a delay and/or difference in the refunded amount for your deposit if you choose to use a debit card.

Liabiliity Waiver

A liability waiver must also be signed for all riders prior to the tour departure. Minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by an adult on the tour or must have the waiver signed in advance by a parent or guardian.

Orientation Session

Each of our tours begins with a 30 - 45 minute orientation session in the plaza and park next to our office. We will practice on the Segways so that everyone feels comfortable and ready to go out and conquer Budapest. The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 and older. Unfortunately, pregnant women are not able to participate. Helmets are required to be worn at all times, and an insurance damage and liability waiver will also be required for all riders.

FAQ

Are the tours cancelled in case of rain?
No, our tours run rain or shine. We have ponchos available for anyone that needs them and the Segways themselves run just fine in all weather.

How far in advance do I need to reserve?
We suggest you reserve as far ahead of time as possible. We tend to fill all of our tours.

Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
We do not enter the museums and monuments since the Segways are so much fun! We will give you a great orientation however, and you'll know exactly where you want to go after the tour.

Are Segways safe for children or people with disabilities?
Although riding a Segway is relatively easy to do and learn, we do require that all riders be at least 12 years of age and weighing at least 40kg. All riders should be able to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. Unfortunately, pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.
